UX/UI Designer

Lviv, Ukraine

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Middle UX/UI Designer who will take part in ongoing projects and the discovery phase of new projects. As a Middle UX/UI Designer in the discovery phase, you will work closely with our product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify user needs and design solutions that meet their needs. Moreover, you will be a part of a company with social responsibility in its DNA. Social responsibility is a cornerstone of Hebron Soft and we use it to change people's lives with Hebron Soft IT Academy for orphans and underprivileged.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process, including examples of design work in the discovery phase;
  • Experience with user research methodologies and tools, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams;
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred;
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and user needs
  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and other design deliverables that help to articulate the user experience
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate design solutions and user flows
  • Collaborate with developers and other designers to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Participate in usability testing and other user research activities to validate design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
