Client: Automated Control Concepts provides high-quality information products, services (manufacturing intelligence, automation and control, IT4OT) and solutions to manufacturing and utility companies in Life Science & Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Water & Wastewater, Packaged goods and more

How relationship started: Client had many disaggregated separated siloed sources of data and charts in the industrial automation space that were standalone applications. Operators needed to switch between these applications in the course of their duties, which is inefficient and creates an incoherent environment. Systems integrators also tend to utilize these vendor applications as part of their integration scope, but rarely develop their own operator front-ends. We invested our time and resources into Discovery phase of what the best solution to create a cohesive platform, which could expand with time and business expansion.
